Here, you will get to see the magnificent and beautiful Nohkalikai waterfall and explore the Mawsmai caves. Morning after breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong which is rated as the cleanest village of Asia. At Mawlynnong, you will get to see interesting sights such as the living root bridge and a strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. On the outskirts of this village lies a balancing rock, which is sight worth visiting. This spot has two stones, a huge boulder resting on a smaller stone. This structure has remained unchanged for ages and no cyclone or storm has been able to disturb this formation. Later proceed to Dawki, which is a town near India Bangladesh border. This morning, after an early breakfast, checkout from your hotel and proceed to Dirang. En-route visit Tipi Orchidarium which is situated on the banks of the river Bharali. This place has over 500 orchids, on display including some rare species. Later, visit Nag Temple and then continue your journey coming across awesome waterfalls and scenic views to reach Dirang. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. Later in the afternoon visit Kiwi farm and apple orchard Farm (depending upon which season you are travelling), Kalachakra Monastery and Dirang Monastery. This morning, checkout after an early breakfast and proceed to Tawang. En-route, you get to see the beautiful Sela Pass which is located at a height of 13700 feet. Later, visit Jaswantgarh War Memorial and the majestic Nuranng Falls where scenes from the Bollywood movie Koyla, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit was shot. After breakfast proceed to visit the Tawang Monastery which is also known as Galden Namgyal Lhatse. This monastery is the largest monastery in the Himalayan region and is overlooking the wide Tawang Valley at an elevation of 10,000 feet. It comprises of a complex of 65 buildings housing Lamas and antique scriptures. Later, visit Urgeling Gompa, 6th Dalai Lama’s birth place housing many Stupas (Vihar). Further, visit the War Memorial, dedicated to the martyrs of the 1962 Sino-Indian war. The memorial is 40-foot-high and like a stupa in design. Also visit the craft center in Tawang where you can purchase mementoes like jewellery, masks, hand woven carpets and a lot more. Later, return back and overnight at your hotel in Tawang.
This morning, after early breakfast, proceed to visit Shonga-tser Lake, 35, kms away from Tawang near the China Border, located at an elevation of over 15200 feet and popularly known as Madhuri Lake. Then drive to Sangestser Lake. You can enjoy snacks and beverages at the cafeteria located there, which is maintained by the army. Lots of tourists trek around the lake too. Further we head towards Bumla Pass which is about 37 km away from Tawang at the Indo-China border and is an elevation of over 15,200 feet above sea level. During the return leg of your journey, you will take a brief stop for photos at the scenic PTSO (Pangong Tang Tso) lake. After returning back to your hotel, the evening is free on your own. This morning, after breakfast, checkout and transfer to Kaziranga National Park which is famous for its One Horned Rhinoceros. Upon reaching the hotel, check in at your hotel. Overnight at your accommodation in Kaziranga.
In the early morning hours proceed for exploring any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on elephant back rides. Besides the Rhino, there are many other animal species found in the park such as the Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants and the Royal Bengal Tiger also. The park is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a quite a few water bodies in the park. Later, return to the resort for breakfast. After breakfast, the rest of the morning is free to relax after your early morning safari. Later in the afternoon, proceed for a jeep safari through the National Park. Return back to your hotel and overnight at your accommodation in Kaziranga National Park.
After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Guwahati. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free on your own. In the evening, we suggest you to take an optional Golden sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River (Direct Payment on your own). Overnight at your accommodation in Guwahati.
After breakfast proceed for a local Guwahati sightseeing tour. Visit Maa Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, Navagraha Temple, Assam State Museum, State Zoo cum Botanical Garden, Regional Science Centre and Shukreshwar Temple which is the 6th Jyotirlinga of Shiva. Later, return back to your hotel and overnight at your hotel in Guwahati.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Airport for your return journey back home
